• We may reject or remove submissions that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or non-compliant.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

Fees and compensation

Transaction-related fees, assignment terms, and referral compensation are determined on a deal-by-deal basis and communicated during the acquisition or disposition process.

Limitation of liability
